The TRACK-TBI initiative is organized into seven sections: an Administrative Core and six Biomedical and Analytic Cores. The Administrative Core oversees the operation of the project. The Biospecimens, Biostatistical and Comparative Effectiveness Research, Clinical, Informatics, Neuroimaging, and Outcomes Cores work together to achieve the strategic aims of the project.
The project is governed by an Internal Executive Committee comprised of the seven Core Directors and one rotating Steering Committee Member.
